A QUIET REVOLUTION IN HEALTH AND WELLNESS

StemEnhance is the first patented stem cell enhancer.

It adds an additional 3-4 MILLION of your very own ADULT STEM CELLS into your bloodstream, in one dose, within one hour! You can now re-awaken your body's own ability to renew itself and maintain optimum health, safely and naturally.

"The lack of success of... embryonic stem cells should be compared with the real successes of adult stem cells. A wealth of scientific papers published over the last few years document that adult stem cells are a much more promising source of stem cells for regenerative medicine."  - Dr. David A. Prentice, PhD

Adult stem cells are the most significant discovery in maintaining optimal health

Now EVERYONE can benefit from taking StemEnhance™, a concentrated natural extract of the AFA aquabotanical plant that increases the number of circulating stem cells in your body by up to 30% -- in a single dose!

Quick Facts on StemEnhance™:

Supports the natural & safe release of adult stem cells from the bone marrow

Proven to increase the number of circulating stem cells by up to 30% (about 3 to 4 million stem cells)

Supports the migration of stem cells to tissue in your body needing repair •          No ethical controversy

Additional benefits include anti-inflammatory properties, immune system support, improved mental clarity and enhanced sense of wellbeing

Molecular Components of StemEnhance

StemEnhance is a dark green powder derived from a blue-green algae, Aphanizomenonflos-aquae or AFA, which is processed in a special way to preserve the integrity of the active molecular components.  The AFA is fractionated and concentrated to enrich the components that affect adult stem cell behavior.  This product is all natural, organic, vegetarian, and contains no additives.

Research has identified four of the specific molecules in this AFA-derivative along with their properties.  In addition to these molecules, StemEnhance contains many vitamins and nutrients naturally occurring in AFA.

L-selectin ligand

Selectins are one family of Cell Adhesion Molecules (known in the scientific literature as CAMs). CAMs are proteins located on the cell surface.  CAMs help cells attach to the extracellular matrix in a process called cell adhesion. Selectins and other CAMs act as receptors that interact with other molecules, called ligands, in the extracellular matrix or on other cell surfaces.  When these receptors and ligands bind to each other, this interaction gives a signal to the cell, causing it to respond in some manner (by moving, changing shape, producing another protein, etc.).

Many classes of CAMs exist, and they are grouped into families by their molecular features.  For example, all selectin molecules are single-chain transmembraneglycoproteins. Transmembrane, meaning they traverse the cell membrane from inside to outside.  In general, being transmembrane gives a clue to a molecule's function, because many transmembrane molecules are involved in cell signaling, or communication between one cell and another.  Glycoprotein means that the cells have sugar molecules attached to the protein backbone.  Glycoproteins are also commonly involved in cell-cell communication.

Among the selectin family are three known members, E-selectin found on endothelial cells (cells lining blood vessels), L-selectin found on leukocytes (white blood cells) and their precursors, and P-selectin, found on platelets (cell fragments important in blood clotting).

In the bone marrow, L-selectin holds adult stem cells (also known as hematopoietic stem cells or CD34+ stem cells) in the marrow until they are released to form new cells, most frequently leukocytes and other blood cells.

StemEnhance contains a molecule that acts as an L-selectinligand.  This ligand releases the bond between adult stem cells and the extracellular matrix of the bone marrow, allowing the adult stem cells to enter the blood circulation.

Migratose (TM)

Migratose is the proprietary name for a complex, high molecular weight polysaccaride-rich fraction of AFA.  Polysaccharides are complex carbohydrates, polymers made up of several hundred to several thousand simple sugar units (monosaccharides). They are very large and often branched.

Migratose is derived by separating the water-soluble fraction of AFA from the solid (particulate) fraction.  This polysaccharide fraction results in increased entry or 'homing' of stem cells and natural killer cells into tissues, where the stem cells can multiply and differentiate.

Phycocyanin

Cyanobacteria, also known as blue-green algae, produce a blue pigment known as phycocyanin (Greek for phyco=algae and kaynos=blue-green). Phycocyanin is a member of the photosynthetic phycobiliprotein family that contains three other major members, phycoerythrin, phycoerythrocyanin, and allophycocyanin.

Phycobiliproteins are water-soluble fluorescent proteins bonded to photosynthetic pigments called phycobilins.  Phycobilins are chromophores (light-capturing molecules) which pass the light energy that they harvest to chlorophyll for photosynthesis.

Phycocyanin has strong anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-cell proliferation and other properties as demonstrated in the scientific literature.

Phenylethylamine (PEA)

Phenylethylamine is a naturally occurring, if not well known, neurochemical found in the brain as well as in other substances such as chocolate.  It is responsible for the enhanced mood or sense of well-being and increased energy associated with taking StemEnhance in many individuals.

Phenethylamine is derived from the amino acid phenylalanine by removal of a carboxyl group.  It has the distinction of being the simplest member of a large and impressively diverse family of substituted phenethylamines.

Substituted phenethylamines include monoamine neurotramsitters such as dopamine, epinephrine (adrenaline), and norepinephrine; amino acids such as phenylalanine and tyrosine; hormones such as catecholamines and thyroxine; bronchodilators such as salbutamol and ephedrine; stimulants such as ephedrine; antidepressants such as venlafaxine, bupropion, phenelzine and tranylcypromine; and psychotropic drugs such as amphetamines, psychodelics, and hallucinogens.
